Ker. HC: Stringent Financial Penalties Must be Imposed for Acts of Defection - (07 Nov 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court while observing that current legal regime has been ineffective in curbing defection, has opined that time has come to contemplate on including stringent financial penalties for acts of defection.
