Ker. HC: Prisoner has Same Right to Study as Person Outside Jail - (07 Nov 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court while observing that a prisoner has as much a right to pursue study as a person free from the confines of jail, has held that ensuring that prisoners have access to education is essential to achieving the reformative and rehabilitative objectives of imprisonment.
