Del. HC: Simple Act of Touch is Not Manipulation Under Section 3(c) of POCSO - (07 Nov 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while observing that Section 3(c) of POCSO shows that for an act to be a penetrative sexual assault, accused has to manipulate any part of the body of child so as to cause penetration, has held that a simple act of touch cannot be considered to be manipulation under the Section.
