Del. HC: Making Unsubstantiated Allegation Against Husband and His Family is Extreme Cruelty - (06 Nov 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that making serious and unsubstantiated allegations and waging a legal war against husband by implicating him and his family members show the vindictive nature of the wife and amounts to extreme cruelty towards the husband.
