Del. HC: Unforeseen Incident Not Ground to Let Go of offender for Rash Driving - (06 Nov 2023)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that the happening of an accident is an unforeseen incident but it cannot be a ground to let off the offender for rash and negligent driving. The accident may render the entire family of the deceased in state of destitution.
