Madhya Pradesh HC Dismisses Gajanand Distributor’s Plea in Herald Case - (19 May 2016)

Madhya Pradesh HC has dismissed four petitions filed by Gajanand Distributors and others, praying to be impleaded as defendants in a civil suit filed by Bhopal Development Authority (BDA) against Associated Journals Ltd (AJL), publisher of National Herald.
