SC: Non-Explanation of Injuries on Accused Will Create Doubt on Prosecution’s Case - (06 Nov 2023)

Supreme Court has held that non-explanation of injuries on the persons of the accused would create a doubt, as to, whether the prosecution has brought on record the real genesis of the incident or not.
