SC Dismisses Plea Challenging Judgment that Ayurved & Allopathy Doctors not Entitled to Equal Pay - (03 Nov 2023)

Supreme Court has dismissed the petition challenging the Court’s judgment in State of Gujarat v. Dr. PA Bhatt (MANU/SC/0461/2023; 2023/INSC/434) which held that Ayurved doctors are not entitled to equal pay as Allopathy doctors.
