Del. HC: Women Empowerment Shouldn’t be Celebrated Only on Paper but Also in the Mindset - (03 Nov 2023)

Delhi High Court while dealing with a dowry death case has observed that distressing narratives in dowry death cases serves as a reminder that educational and women empowerment should be celebrated in its true form, not on paper alone but also in the mindsets of people.
