Ker. HC: Writ Jurisdiction Can’t be Invoked to Challenge Questions Of Fact w.r.t Committee Election - (03 Nov 2023)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has held that writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution can’t be invoked to challenge disputed questions of fact concerning election to the Managing Committee of a Society.
