SC: Passing Reference Made by Bench of Equal Strength Could Not be a Ground for Review - (01 Nov 2023)

Supreme Court while summarizing principles to prevent review petitions from becoming "appeals in disguise”, has observed that comments of a co-ordinate Bench upon the discretion exercised or judgment rendered by another co-ordinate Bench of the same strength, cannot be ground for review.
