Ker. HC: Maravar Community Doesn’t Satisfy Criteria of Being an OBC in the State of Kerala - (31 Oct 2023)

CONSTITUTION

Kerala High Court has held that a person belonging to the Hindu Maravar Community not entitled to claim the benefit of OBC reservation as the same does not hold recognition or inclusion as an OBC category in the State of Kerala.
