Bom. HC: No Acceptable that IO Doesn’t Look at the Material Sought by Accused - (31 Oct 2023)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has held that while material which is sought to be produced by the accused may or may not help the investigating agency, but, it is totally unacceptable that investigating officer shall not look into the same.
