Tel. HC: Partner in Consensual Sexual Relationship Not Included in the Scope of Perpetrator u/s 354C - (27 Oct 2023)

CRIMINAL

Telangana High Court has held that under Section 354C of IPC, the ‘perpetrator’ or ‘any other person at the behest of the perpetrator’ would not mean the person with whom the women engage in the consensual sexual act.
