Ker. HC: Court’s Satisfaction Required for Composition to have effect of Acquittal - (27 Oct 2023)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has held that even if the offence is compoundable without permission of Court, the composition shall have the effect of acquittal on when the Court is satisfied that the composition is genuine, true and voluntary.
