SC: Plea of Lack of Jurisdiction Can’t be Invoke at Execution Stage by Judgment Debtor - (25 Oct 2023)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while observing that a plaintiff shall not be made to suffer by the passive act of the defendant in submitting to the jurisdiction, has held that it is a dilatory tactics adopted by judgment debtor to invoke a plea citing lack of jurisdiction at the time of execution of judgment.
