SC: Twin Conditions Under RPwD Act Creating Barriers - (19 Oct 2023)

Supreme Court has held that under Right to Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act 2016, the nature of inclusion of specified categories only to the exclusion of other categories of disabilities, on the one hand, and the eligibility of a threshold, in the opinion of the court, constitute barriers.
