All. HC: Accused Charged Under Both SC/ST Act and POCSO Entitled to Take Recourse Under POCSO - (17 Oct 2023)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court has held that where an accused has been charged under the SC/ST Act and the POCSO Act, a Special Court under the POCSO Act, would have jurisdiction to determine the anticipatory bail plea.
