All. HC to State and UOI: Specify Schemes Bringing Madrasas Under Grant-in-Aid - (17 Oct 2023)

Allahabad High Court has directed State Government and Union of India to submit an affidavit to bring on record the relevant schemes under which Madarsas have been brought under grant-in-aid.
