Ker. HC: Can’t Withheld Transfer Certificate Merely Because of Arrear in School Fees - (16 Oct 2023)

EDUCATION

Kerala High Court while observing that every child has a fundamental right to get an education and imparting education is the primary duty of the State, has held that Transfer Certificate of a child cannot be withheld by a School because the fees are due to the School.
