Del. HC: Claiming Separate Residence Not Cruelty if Justifiable Reasons Exists - (12 Oct 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that where there exist certain justifiable reasons, claim by wife for a separate residence per se cannot be termed as an act of cruelty to the husband.
