P&H HC Issues Guidelines for Mining Officers Regarding Seizing of Vehicles - (12 Oct 2023)

MINES AND MINERALS

Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued guidelines aimed to ensure transparency, fairness and adherence to legal procedures in mining-related penalty imposition and vehicle seizures, while also taking into consideration humanitarian aspects and livelihood of the affected individuals and families.
