SC: Court Must Take Liberal and Justice Oriented Approach Regarding Delay in Appeals Filed by State - (10 Oct 2023)

Supreme Court has observed that if the appeals filed by the State are lost for individual default, those who are at fault, will not usually be individually affected, and would result in injustice to the institutional interest of the State.
