JKL HC to State: Provide Recommendations Regarding Mandate of Sex Education in Schools - (09 Oct 2023)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has sought recommendations from the State Government on specialized curriculum focusing on child protection, mandatorily including sex education in school curriculum and establishing one-stop complaint centres to report child abuse.
