SC: No High Court Shall Deny Access to VC Facility or Hearing Through Hybrid Facility - (09 Oct 2023)

Supreme Court has directed that no High Court shall deny access to video conference facility or hearing through hybrid facility to any member of the bar and has granted a period of two weeks to comply with the order of the Apex Court.
