SC: Acquittal by Court Doesn’t Lead to Automatic Discharge in Disciplinary Proceedings - (06 Oct 2023)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that acquittal in criminal proceedings does not entitle the delinquent employee for any benefit in the latter or automatic discharge in departmental proceedings that are pending against the employee.
