All. HC: Marriage Not Solemnized Unless Saptapadi Ceremony Performed - (06 Oct 2023)

Allahabad High Court has observed that in order for a Hindu marriage to be solemnized it is essential that 'Saptapadi' (Saat Phere) and other rituals have been performed with proper ceremonies and due form.
