Cal. HC: Deactivating Aadhaar Cards Might have the Consequence of Terminating Indian Citizenship - (05 Oct 2023)

Calcutta High Court has held that action of deactivating Aadhaar Cards might have consequence, de facto, of terminating Indian citizenship, since deactivation of Aadhaar Cards has severe consequences on person’s right under Article 21 of the Constitution.
