RBI’s Nod to FPIs to Invest in Unlisted Debt Securities - (17 May 2016)

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has allowed Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) to invest in unlisted debt securities as well as in securitised debt instruments.
