Kar. HC: Not Every False Statement Made in Court Must be Subject to Prosecution - (29 Sep 2023)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court while observing that not every false statement that is intended must be the subject matter of the prosecution, has held that Court must be satisfied and there must be reasonable foundation for charge and prosecution of offender is necessary in interest of justice.
