All. HC: State Government has no Power to Cancel the NOC Granted by PCI - (28 Sep 2023)

EDUCATION

Allahabad High Court has held that State Government or the Board constituted by it has no power to cancel the NOC granted to Pharmacy Colleges as the power to cancel the NOC is vested with Pharmacy Council of India.
