Delhi HC to UGC: Ensure Strict Compliance of UGC Act, 1956, with Regard to Specification of Degree - (28 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed University Grants Commission (UGC) to take appropriate necessary actions to ensure compliance of the provisions of the UGC Act, 1956 and take actions against the varsities and colleges offering unspecified degrees.
