SC to Centre/States: Ensure the Effective Implementation of HIV Act, 2017 - (28 Sep 2023)

Supreme Court while outlining various directives to Central and State Government to ensure effective implementation of HIV Act, 2017, has asked instructed all courts and quasi-judicial bodies to take proactive steps in line with Section 34 of the HIV Act.
