Pat. HC: Imperative on Trial Court to Ascertain Age of Victim Upon Challenge by Accused - (27 Sep 2023)

CRIMINAL

Patna High Court has held that as per provisions of Section 34 (2) of the POCSO Act, 2012, it is imperative on the trial court to determine the age of the victim when the same is challenged by the accused.
