SC: Student Can’t Participate in 2022 NEET Counselling Based on 2019 Results - (27 Sep 2023)

Supreme Court while setting aside Calcutta High Court order which permitted student’s participation in 2022 Counselling based on NEET 2019 result, has held that 2019 NEET results could not have been basis for allowing counselling in the year 2022 for admission to MBBS courses.
