Del. HC: There Must be Uniformity in Eligibility Conditions for Recruitments of Teachers - (26 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court has observed that there must be a uniform eligibility conditions for recruitment to posts of Primary Teachers, post graduate teachers and trained graduate teachers since the curriculum to be taught is generally similar across different educational boards including CBSE.
