SC Refers the NN Global Judgment to 7 Judge Bench to adjudicate on Correctness of the Judgment - (26 Sep 2023)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has while considering the larger ramification and the view of the majority in N.N. Global Mercantile Pvt. Ltd. v. Indo Unique Flame Ltd. (MANU/SC/0445/2023), has referred the proceedings before a seven judge bench to adjudicate on the correctness of the judgment.
