Kar. HC: Apprehension of Not Getting a Fair Trial is Required to Seek Transfer of Case - (25 Sep 2023)

Karnataka High Court has held that to seek transfer of case within State under Section 407 of CrPC, has held that the apprehension of not getting a fair and impartial trial is required to be reasonable and not imaginary based upon conjunctures and surmises.
