Tel. HC: Elders in the House Can’t Decide Custody of Child - (25 Sep 2023)

Telangana High Court while observing that in custody matters, welfare of the minor child is the paramount consideration, has held that elders cannot decide that the minor boy should be with the mother and girl child should be with the father.
