SC: Reasons Why Candidate Can’t Pursue Course Must be Made in Disability Assessment Report - (25 Sep 2023)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has observed that Disability Assessment Report must have a cogent reasoning as to how such candidates will be unable to pursue the medical courses and shall not be restricted to only quantitatively assessing or evaluating the extent of disability.
