JH. HC: Criminal Liability Can’t be Levied in Every Case of Breach of Contract - (20 Sep 2023)

Jharkhand High Court has held that criminality cannot be fastened upon the accused persons on mere breach of contract in every case, and parties should not unnecessarily drag out the matter, and instead should try and resolve matter through civil channels.
