Ker. HC: Baptism Certificate Doesn’t Have Primacy Over Official Government Documents - (13 Sep 2023)

Kerala High Court has held that a baptism certificate is issued by the Church to record the baptism of a person and no primacy can be accorded to baptism certificate when public documents like SSLC Certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and driving license, are available indicating the date of birth.
