Cal. HC to Centre: Take Policy Decision on Fixation of Kerosene Oil Prices - (13 Sep 2023)

Calcutta High Court while observing that poorest of poor citizens need kerosene oil to illuminate their homes and prepare their food and oil companies can’t fix the price of kerosene on the basis of import party pricing, has directed Central Government to take proactive step in this regard.
