Bom. HC: No Person has Right to Privately Create an Immersion Pond in a Public Park - (12 Sep 2023)

Bombay High Court has held that no person, let alone a Mandal, has any fundamental or any other right to privately create an immersion pond in a public park maintained by the Municipal Corporation. To do so, the permission of Municipal Corporation is required.
