SC: Purchaser is a Consumer if Commercial Use by him was for Earning Livelihood by Self Employment - (08 Sep 2023)

CONSUMER

Supreme Court has held that when if the commercial use of a particular goods is by the purchasers themselves for the purpose of earning their livelihood by means of self-employment, then such purchasers of goods would continue to be ‘consumers’.
