Del. HC to Law Ministry: Periodically Monitor Status of Uploading Acts on the India Code Portal - (04 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court has directed Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice to periodically monitor the status of uploading the Acts on the India Code portal and ensure that the process is completed seamlessly and in a time-bound manner.
