Del. HC: Father can be Child’s Natural Guardian Even After His Second Marriage Post Wife’s Death - (04 Sep 2023)

Delhi High Court has held that mere second marriage of the father in the circumstances when he has lost his first wife, cannot be held per-se a disqualification from his continuing to be a Natural Guardian of his child.
