HP HC: Narrow Interpretation of Pension Rules Undermines the Purpose of Pension - (31 Aug 2023)

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing that pension is a beneficial provision for the government servant, has held that any narrow construction of the same will render the purpose of granting the same otiose.
