SC: Insurance Co. Not Liable if Claimant Was Travelling In Un-Insured Trailer - (31 Aug 2023)

INSURANCE

Supreme Court has held that liability cannot be fastened on the Insurance Company when the claimant was travelling in the trailer which was not insured even if the tractor was insured.
