Del. HC: Gender-Specific Laws are Not Meant to be "Anti-Opposite Gender" - (29 Aug 2023)

Delhi High Court has observed that it is crucial to recognize that gender specific laws aren’t meant to be "anti-opposite gender" but rather serve the purpose of addressing unique issues faced by a particular gender, and Courts should take an approach that is not biased towards a particular gender.
